The process:
1. Your express your interest and let us know how much you are willing to invest
2. You transfer us 200 USD for initial enquiries and negotiations with the club
3. We get back to you with the name of the club, terms and conditions and information about the next steps
4. If you are happy we organize your trip to the country, negotiations and signing of an agreement
5. You start managing your club

What are our benefits?
1. If you wish to proceed with a contract you will have to pay us 20, 000 USD commission fee to organize your trip, accommodation, contracts and other relevant groundwork
2. If you take over the club we will be receiving from 5 to 8 percent of the club's grand total annual income forever
